Our menu has always been formulated with two factors in mind. Healthy and Tasty. We have been cooking our food along those lines and have kept up with the time by changing items every so often. Some of the dishes have so much popularity that we are forced to keep them.
Vegetarian food has gained so much attention that we have a long list of healthy choices. one such item is the Tamarind Sambar which is cooked with winter melon and kabocha (a difficult dish but very healthy and tasty).
Spinach Dhal is another entree which we carry almost everyday. We use tofu, many kinds of beans, peas and lentils, a wide range of veggies including cauliflower, okra, eggplant, sweet potato to name a few.
Our non-vegetarian dishes include Chicken, Shrimp, Fish and Lamb entrees. Choosing the boneless and skinless chicken turned out great for the customers and for the dish which is liked by many. E.g. Chicken Korma, Pepper Chicken and Chicken Tikka among others.
Shrimp (tiger shrimp) and Fish (mahi mahi) has its own customer base. Lamb is the favorite of many who have gotten to taste it once, like the lamb with Lemongrass or the ever popular Rogan Josh.
